Who we are
Adapt IT is a software studio based in Zagreb, Croatia. For privacy questions write to info@adapt-it.agency.
What we collect
If you use the contact form we store your name, email address, project type, optional budget, and the message you send. Server logs may include your IP address and user agent for security. We do not create user accounts on this website.
Why we use it
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising audiences.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand traffic and performance. Those tools set first-party cookies or similar storage. They are not used to show ads.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept for up to 24 months unless we still need them for an active project or a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of the data we hold about you, and you may object to processing. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
